Delivery
Italy
- Delivery is free in Italy via Europacco or DHL (insurance included) with a minimum order of €100
International
- Delivery is via Europacco or DHL with insurance included.
- Price details are available on the checkout page.
- If your country is not listed or you have special requests, please contact us at support@maisonguida.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs
- Please be aware it's your responsibility to sort out customs, we'll do the paperwork but of course, we have no idea the costs or how long customs will hold the goods for every country.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To request a return or exchange, please email support@maisonguida.com with:
- ✅ Your order number
- ✅ Your email
- ✅ Details of the return or exchange
Return Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for quality-related defects).
- Products must be new, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Exchanges:
- One free exchange is allowed per order. Maison Guida will cover the shipping costs.
- Once your return has been received and validated, your exchange will be shipped to the address provided in your email.
Processing Time:
- Refunds: Validated returns will be refunded within 14 working days.
- Exchanges: Processed within 4-5 days after validation.
Shipping
- It is the responsibility of the billed/invoiced customer for giving, populating and entering the correct address needed to complete the shipment. Any additional charges, if the address is wrong, needs correction per the shipper, or is returned, refused or otherwise, including reshipping or replacement is at the expense of the billed/invoiced customer. So please double-check that address! Also, please know – once the product is shipped, we cannot change or intercept the shipment.
