These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

General Conditions

The following conditions are valid exclusively between Guida on demand (Collezione Privata di Guida Marika Lungo Po Alessandro Antonelli, 7 10153 Torino Italia P.IVA 10546090019) and any person who purchases on the www.maisonguida.com website, herein after referred to as Customer.

The following conditions may be subject to changements, the date it is online is equivalent to the date of validity.

The following general sale conditions govern purchases made on the website www.maisonguida.com, in accordance with articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, of the Consumer Code, section II of Chapter I of Title III of Part Three, to which reference should be made as required by art. 60 of the Consumer Code.

With the following general sale conditions Maison Guida sells and Customer remotely purchases the goods for sale on the site www.maisonguida.com.

The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, through the Customer’s access to the www.maisonguida.com address and the realization of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

The sale is considered concluded with the sending of the order by Maison Guida to Customer.

Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of personal data, size, fit of the same verifiable in the appropriate size tables at the link 'fitting room' indicated at the time of buying on the product page.

Conscious purchasing eliminates unnecessary travel to the couriers and their consequent pollution. Let’s help the planet the best we can.

Maison Guida undertakes to present the items sold on the site in the best way, providing as much information as possible consisting of photos, descriptions, measurements, technical details, compositions and garment care instructions, in order to allow Customer to make the purchase safely.

The products not defined unique size have been graded on EU standard tables, whose measurements are expressed in the aforementioned tables. Maison Guida will therefore not be responsible for incorrect fitting on particular anatomical conformations. The product is not to be considered tailor-made, unless expressly agreed between the parties through the special “made on measures” service.

Guida on demand undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days from the day following the order confirmation by Customer.

Payment Methods

Each payment of the Customer can only be made with the payment methods indicated on the site: PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe). Through PayPal Customer can pay directly with the proper PayPal account or by credit card. For PayPal payments, if the unavailability of a product is detected after the registration of the order Guide on demand will implement all necessary measures with the payment operator to reverse the transaction relating to the unavailable goods.

In addition, communications relating to payment and data communicated by Customer, at the time of payment, are protected and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of security protocols provided by the payment circuits. For more information about PayPal: www.paypal.com

Product Availability

All product orders are subject to product availability. In this sense, in case of supply problems, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide Customer with information relating to replacement products of equal or higher quality and value, which may decide to order. If Customer doesn’t wish to place an order for such replacement products, we will refund any amounts Customer may have already paid. Eventually, the site automatically stops the selling of the products out of stock before checking out.

Price

All items for sale are VAT excluded, VAT to pay will be indicated at the checkout.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are calculated at check-out and shown before completing this operation.

Any customs fees are charged to Customer.

Delivery Methods

Maison Guida will only accept orders to be delivered in the EU, Customers from other provenience are invited to get in touch directly mailing to john@marikaguida.com.

The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by Customer in the order.

At the same time as sending the Orders, Maison Guida will send a regular receipt to Customer. For the purpose of issuing the purchase receipt, the information provided by Customer shall prevail. No change to the receipt will be possible after its issuance by Maison Guida.

Rights of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without specifying the reason, within a period of 14 days provided for by law, starting from the date of delivery of the products, by sending an email to john@marikaguida.com or a registered letter to Collezione Privata di Guida Marika Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 14 10123 Torino.

The goods must be returned to us at the address below.

According to the law, the shipping costs related to the return and insurance of the goods are charged to Customer.

The goods must be returned intact and complete in all its parts, labels and attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Maison Guida will issue as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days a voucher of the same amount of the returned goods, or the re-sending of a replacement garment chosen by the Customer, corresponding differences in the price where there were need.

In case of receipt of products that do not comply with the orders or defective Customer must communicate it, as required by art. 132 of the Consumer Code, by e-mail to john@marikaguida.com within 1 week from the discovery of the defect. Subsequently, the customer must communicate by same email the wish to replace the item with a similar one or to obtain a voucher of the same amount against the return of the defective goods. Customer will ship it back on proper expenses. Maison Guida reserves the right to verify the disputed non-compliance and only in the case of confirmation will it ship the replacement goods or issue the voucher, shipment included.

Product Warranty

Maison Guida assumes no responsibility for disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disruptions of the internet, in the event that it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.

The availability of each item is only indicative, has no contractual nature and can not be attributed to the seller responsibility in case of unavailability of one or more products.

All content on this site and related domains are the exclusive property of Maison Guida. This includes images, documents, fonts, design elements, code, and format scripts. All material published within the portal is protected. It is therefore forbidden to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, reproduce and alter the contents present.

These General Sale Conditions consist of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale is considered invalid or declared as such under the law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law. Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, if located in the territory of the State.
