1. Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Purchases
- Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
- Exchanges or repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis for items with quality concerns.
- If the earnest money (deposit) is 80% or more of the full price, it secures the item for 6 months.
- If the earnest money is below 80%, the item must be picked up within 10 days. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item will be made available for sale again.
Online Purchases
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Exceptions
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Product Quality & Warranty
- All Maison Guida pieces are handmade in Italy using high-quality materials.
- We guarantee our craftsmanship for 6 months from the purchase date.
- If you experience a defect in fabric, stitching, or buttons, we will:
- Repair the item for free (if possible).
- Offer store credit or a replacement if the issue is due to a production defect.
- Normal wear & tear, improper washing, or misuse is not covered.
3. Repairs & Alterations
- We offer paid alterations and repairs beyond the warranty period.
- If you need adjustments, please email us at support@maisonguida.com for a quote.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within Italy and selected international locations.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Processing times: Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days.
- Delays: Maison Guida is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
