The conditions that apply when you buy from maisonguida.com

These General Conditions of Sale apply to every order placed on https://www.maisonguida.com. Please read them before ordering: by completing an order you accept them. They match our Delivery & Returns and Store Policy pages; if anything seems to conflict, contact us and the version most favourable to you applies.

General Conditions

Seller: Maison Guida, the trading name of Collezione Privata di Guida Marika, registered office Lungo Po Alessandro Antonelli 7, 10153 Torino, Italy. P.IVA (VAT number) 10546090019. Shop: Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14, 10123 Torino. Customer service: support@maisonguida.com.

These conditions govern distance sales to consumers under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code), in particular articles 45 and following. They may be updated; the version published on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

The contract is concluded online, when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation email.

Please check your personal details, delivery address, size and colour before ordering. Each product page has a size guide, and our sizes follow EU standard tables.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, with photos, descriptions, measurements, composition and care instructions. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade pieces can show small variations; neither is considered a defect.

Pieces are not made to measure unless we have agreed it with you in writing through our made-to-order service.

Payment Methods

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact and iDEAL/Wero. Availability depends on your country and device. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you and refund you in full to the same payment method.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available after you order, we contact you: you can choose an alternative or cancel, in which case we refund what you paid within 14 days.

Price

All prices are in euro and include Italian VAT (IVA).

Delivery within Italy is free. For other destinations the delivery cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

For deliveries outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), the destination country may charge import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer.

Delivery Methods

We deliver to all European Union countries, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco. Available countries are listed at checkout; for anywhere else, write to support@maisonguida.com.

Orders ship by DHL to the address you give at checkout. Ready-to-wear pieces normally ship within 1–2 working days; made-to-order pieces and preorders ship on the date shown on the product page.

Unless a different date is shown for a made-to-order piece or preorder, we deliver within 30 days of your order. If an address is incorrect or a delivery is refused, any extra delivery costs are the customer's responsibility (see Delivery & Returns).

Rights of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do so, email support@maisonguida.com with your order number, or visit our shop at Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14, Torino.

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. They must be new, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. The cost of returning them is yours, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the items back, or proof that you have sent them.

For a different size or colour, return your order for a refund and place a new one. You can also bring your order to our Turin shop within 30 days of delivery and we will swap it in person, stock permitting.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your personal measurements or specifications. Preorders and made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes keep the full 14-day right.

Legal Guarantee and Other Terms

Every piece is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (articles 128 and following). If something is faulty or not as described, email support@maisonguida.com with your order number and photos: we arrange a repair or replacement, or a refund where that isn't possible, and cover the return shipping.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, carrier disruption or natural events. We keep you informed, and if a delay becomes unreasonable you can cancel for a full refund.

All content on this website, including photos, text, designs, logos and code, belongs to Maison Guida and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

If any clause of these conditions is found to be invalid, the others remain in full force.

These conditions are governed by Italian law, without removing any mandatory protection you have under the law of your country of residence. For consumers resident in Italy, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
