Conditions

Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for quality-related defects
Returns not meeting these conditions are not eligible for a refund or credit

Exchanges

One free exchange per order — Maison Guida covers the shipping

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to the address provided

Processing Times

Refunds: issued within 14 working days after validation

Exchanges: processed within 4–5 working days after validation
