How can I order?

Order directly on maisonguida.com — add your size to the cart and check out. Payment is by card, PayPal, Klarna, Satispay or Link, handled securely by Stripe.

Some pieces are made to order or preorder, produced in our Turin atelier after you buy. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page.

You can also buy in person at our Turin atelier, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you order.

Delivery is free in Italy, and international costs are shown at checkout. You have 14 days from delivery to return an order for a refund. For a different size, return it and place a new order — or bring it to our Turin atelier within 30 days and we'll swap it in person. Full conditions are on our Delivery & Returns page.

We have our own atelier right here in Turin and make everything in house. All of our designs are made with fabrics from Biella or Prato, deadstocks from the EU and specialist fabric shops. We buy materials locally where possible, even our buttons come from Turin.

Who is behind Maison Guida?

Marika is the creative force behind every Maison Guida piece. She designs all our garments, handles our visuals and graphic design, and oversees production in our Turin atelier. She's also a designer for Bloom Biella and works with several creative brands. John handles the technical side, building the website, backend and systems. He also creates the socials, photography and video work.

What's your tech stack?

Design: To design all our garments and bags we use CLO3D, a cutting-edge 3D design tool that allows Marika to bring each Maison Guida piece to life with precision and intention. This lets us refine the fit, silhouette, and styling digitally, reducing waste while preserving the artistry of traditional fashion design. Marika is a genuine expert across CLO3D, Photoshop, and Illustrator. If you need a designer for your own project, get in touch. Website: Built on Medusa, an open source ecommerce platform, with a Next.js storefront. The backend is agentic. A set of AI agents handle content, SEO and internal admin, with live dashboards, a shared wiki, and automated task queues. Each agent owns one job and reports back into a closed loop, so the system improves itself over time instead of staying static. Orders are handled by John personally. Do you track me with cookies or sell my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Here's exactly what we do and don't do: Our website analytics use Plausible which is a privacy-first tool we self-host on our own European servers. No cookies, no personal data, no Google Analytics. We do run a Meta pixel, but only if you arrive from one of our Meta ads, and only after you've given explicit consent. Organic visitors never load it, and if you decline, it never loads. Pinterest gets no pixel at all; purchase data goes server-side, again only with your consent. Our site, analytics and data live on European servers. The one exception is payment: Stripe processes cards and is US-based, and receives only what's needed to take the payment. We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.

Where are Maison Guida clothes sold?

Only in two places: our atelier in central Turin (Piazza Vittorio 14) and online at maisonguida.com. That's it.

We don't sell through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or discount platforms. No Zalando, no Amazon, no end-of-season sales elsewhere. When you buy Maison Guida, you buy direct, full price, full quality, direct relationship.

Can I buy from Maison Guida through ChatGPT or other AI assistants?

You may find our products when browsing or asking AI assistants like ChatGPT or Google Gemini. We share product information openly so you can discover us wherever you search. However, all purchases are completed directly on maisonguida.com. We don't allow third-party AI platforms to process your cart or payment — your transaction stays between you and us, via Stripe. No middlemen, no percentage skimmed off your purchase.
