In 1920, Lidia Poët finally walked into an Italian courtroom as a lawyer. Forty years of battles, a victory sewn into history.
This coat is born from that story. A longline tailored blazer in 200g double-face Tuscan wool with cotton lining, handmade in our Turin atelier. A construction that wraps around you, that moves with you, made to last. Worn open it's a coat, belted it becomes a dress.
This is not a piece you look at. It's a piece that goes everywhere with you.

1920
Lidia Poët spent four decades fighting for the right to practice law in Italy. In 1920, she won. She went on to lead the Turin women's suffrage committee.
This coat is named for that year. Not as tribute — as continuation. The sharp lines of courtroom suiting extended to length that shields. The weight of knowing who you are. The precision of Italian craft in service of a woman who moves through the world on her own terms.
Maison Guida has made pieces like this since 2005. Handmade in Turin by Marika and her atelier. No mass production. No shortcuts. Pieces with edges. Pieces with history. Pieces you actually feel.
