Piazza Vittorio Veneto is the largest porticoed square in Europe. At 360 metres long, sloping down to the River Po, it has a theatrical quality that is hard to fake — Neoclassical facades, endless arcades, and a direct view of the Gran Madre church and Monte dei Cappuccini on the other side of the river.
Maison Guida sits at number 14. We open our doors onto this square every day. Thursday through Saturday, Marika is here herself. You can walk in, talk to her, try things on, look at the fabric, and step back out into the largest porticoed square in Europe.

Flowers Festival — 11th Edition
6–17 July, Parco della Certosa, Collegno — Eleven nights of live music in Turin's biggest summer festival. Highlights this week: Madame (6 July), The Zen Circus (7 July), Ernia (8 July), Gemitaiz (9 July). Arena capacity 7,500. Tickets via TicketOne or at the box office from 19:00. Festival Architettura 2026
7–9 July, Ex Mercato Ittico, Porta Palazzo — A new festival exploring the future of housing and urban living through talks, installations, workshops, and screenings. The first public reopening of this former fish market as a cultural venue. Free entry. Part of Turin's European Capital of Culture 2033 bid. Ex Mercato Ittico, Via Porta Palatina — 15 min walk from the piazza.
Evergreen Fest 2026 — "Il cuore oltre l'ostacolo"
Monday 6 July, 21:30, Parco della Tesoriera — A talk with Paolo Verri, Sabrina Gonzatto, Beppe Gandolfo, Mauro Berruto and former Torino FC players, hosted by Giulio Graglia. Part of the Evergreen Fest programme (continuing through 19 July with daily concerts, theatre, and cinema). Free entry. AstiMusica 2026
6–12 July, Piazza Alfieri, Asti — Major festival with international names. Highlights: Il Volo (Mon 6 July), Anastacia (Tue 7 July), OneRepublic (Thu 9 July), Litfiba — 40 years of "17 Re" (Sat 11 July), Salmo (Sun 12 July). Concerts at 21:30. Manodopera — Outdoor Cinema
Tuesday 7 July, 21:00, Corso Taranto 160 — Free screening of Alain Ughetto's animated film "Manodopera", part of the "Mondi Lontani Mondi Vicini" film series. Organised by the City of Turin's Intercultural Centre with the National Cinema Museum. Free entry. Corso Taranto 160 — 15 min from the piazza by tram (line 4).
Trofeo Red Cars — Wrestling & Boxing
Sunday 12 July, 16:00–20:00, Bocciodromo Rossini — First edition combining wrestling and Olympic boxing in one afternoon. Four wrestling matches with international athletes, plus twelve boxing bouts and five title fights. Corso Mamiani 5 — 20 min from the piazza by bus (line 55).

1st Sunday — Antiquariato Minore (next: 2 August)
80 stalls of antiques, modernariato, vintage, design, collectibles. Under the porticoes of the piazza. 8:00–18:00. Organised by Casa Malta.
3rd Sunday — Campagna Amica (next: 19 July)
50+ farmers selling direct: fruit, vegetables, salumi, cheese, honey, wine, bread, pasta, eggs, flowers. Km0. 9:00–18:00 (summer 9:00–14:00). Organised by Coldiretti.
4th Sunday — AgriFLOR (next: 26 July)
Flowers, plants, and artisan food producers. Tropical plants, carnivorous plants, plus honey, cheese, salumi, biscuits. 9:30–19:00. Organised by Orticola del Piemonte.
