International
- Worldwide shipping via Europacco or DHL with insurance included.

Customs
- We provide the required paperwork for international shipments.
- Please note that local customs duties, taxes, and clearance delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address Responsibility
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- If an address is incorrect, incomplete, refused, or requires courier correction, any additional charges (including reshipping or replacement) will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Once a package has shipped, we cannot alter or intercept it
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How to Request
- Email support@maisonguida.com with:
- ✅ Your order number
- ✅ Your email address
- ✅ Details of the return or exchange
Conditions
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for quality-related defects.
- Returns not meeting these conditions are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Exchanges
- One free exchange per order — Maison Guida covers the shipping.
- Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to the address provided.
Processing Times
- Refunds: issued within 14 working days after validation.
- Exchanges: processed within 4–5 working days after validation.
In-Store Returns
You are also welcome to visit our Maison Guida store in Turin for an exchange or return.
