Italy

  • Free delivery in Italy on all orders within Italy
  • Orders ship via Europacco or DHL with insurance included.

International

  • Worldwide shipping via Europacco or DHL with insurance included.
  • Exact costs are displayed at checkout.
  • If your country is not listed or you have special shipping needs, please contact us at

Customs

  • We provide the required paperwork for international shipments.
  • Please note that local customs duties, taxes, and clearance delays are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address Responsibility

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • If an address is incorrect, incomplete, refused, or requires courier correction, any additional charges (including reshipping or replacement) will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once a package has shipped, we cannot alter or intercept it


Returns & Exchanges


  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

How to Request

  • Email support@maisonguida.com with:
    • ✅ Your order number
    • ✅ Your email address
    • ✅ Details of the return or exchange

Conditions

  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for quality-related defects.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange per order — Maison Guida covers the shipping.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to the address provided.

Processing Times

  • Refunds: issued within 14 working days after validation.
  • Exchanges: processed within 4–5 working days after validation.
