Made-on-Order means your garment is created specifically for you after you place your order. This sustainable approach allows us to reduce waste and maintain the highest quality standards without keeping excess inventory.

Each piece is handcrafted by our artisans in Turin using traditional Italian techniques, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Estimated production times are shown on each product page. We do our best to meet these timelines, but small variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work.

Production begins
Your garment is completed and ready to ship

Made-on-Order items are charged in full at checkout.

Your payment secures your garment in production and guarantees allocation of the specific materials needed for your piece.

Changes & Cancellations

Once production begins, Made-on-Order items cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to modify your order (size, shipping address), please contact support@maisonguida.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-on-Order items follow the same return policy as our regular products:
