Customs

We provide the required paperwork for international shipments

For the UK, Switzerland and the United States, import duties and taxes are included in the price and paid by us. They are not refunded on a return, as customs does not give them back

Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, refused, or requires courier correction, any additional charges (including reshipping or replacement) will be the customer's responsibility

Once a package has shipped, we cannot alter or intercept it
