Repairs
Every Maison Guida piece knows its way home: it can always come back to the Turin atelier where it was made.
A seam that gives or a zip that stops working shouldn't send a garment to landfill. We made your piece once, and we can mend it.
What we offer

Defects: free, for the life of the garment. A seam that gives, a fastening that breaks, a component that stops working, even years later. Labour and materials are on us.
A tear, or a zip ripped out, is damage rather than a defect, and isn't covered.
The promise belongs to the garment, not to whoever bought it, so it covers pieces received as gifts or bought second-hand too. No receipt needed; we know our own pieces.
If a button comes off, there's no need to send us the coat: tell us and we'll post you the button.
How it works
- Email support@maisonguida.com with a photo of the part that has failed.
- Marika looks at the photo and, if she needs to, asks for a few more. We reply as soon as we can.
- If it's a defect, we tell you how to send it to us, or you can bring it to the shop at Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14, 10123 Turin.
- The repair takes a few days in the atelier, a little longer if we need to find the right component. Then the piece comes back to you.
Why we do this

The most sustainable garment is the one you already own: keeping it alive as long as possible is good for your wallet and for the planet. Throwing away a garment over a broken zip is how fast fashion works, and the exact opposite of what we want.
When you buy from a small brand, you build a relationship with the people behind it, you support them and you inspire them. This is our way of saying thank you.
